Choosing a Community Health Administration thesis topic
What permissions does a health system study require?
More than an institutional approval alone. Studies inside government facilities need permission from the district health authority, and sometimes from the state, in addition to institutional ethics clearance. Interviews with health workers about programme performance are politically sensitive, and the protocol should describe how responses will be anonymised, since staff may fear consequences for candid answers.
How is programme performance measured objectively?
